The Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers and Lady Tigers cross country team continues to practice to prep for the upcoming year. One of the best male runners in the state is on the team, in junior Nate Mueller who has already been to the state cross country tournament twice and finished third in the state last year. However, he is going to have his eyes on the prize of state champion of the upcoming year.
Mueller posted a personal record in the state race in Fort Dodge, with a time of 16 minutes and 12 seconds for the then sophomore. He will be looking to improve that impressive number going into his junior season.
If Mueller can take the next step, there’s a good chance you will find him on the podium during the state race this year.
