In conjunction with the Dallas County Libraries Association, Woodward Public Library will host the 2019 nonfiction Dallas County Reads event on Tuesday, September 10th.  Author Rachelle Chase, will give a presentation on her most recent book, “Creating the Black Utopia of Buxton, Iowa”.  The event is being held at the Woodward United Methodist Church, located at 108 W. 5th Street in Woodward at 6:30 pm.  The presentation is free and open to the public.
