1:15pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of N Avenue.

4:15pm: A deputy assisted DHS in the 200 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

6:10pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Kelly Street, Grand Junction.

7:34pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 1800 block of P Avenue.

7:49pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 600 block of South 13th Street.

8:03pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

8:48pm: Gisela Guerrero 52 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 2nd offense.

11:14pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of 230th Street.

Saturday, August 3rd

12:01am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest on N Avenue near 220th Street.

12:08am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 700 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

12:56am: Brandon Dodson 33 of Webster City was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

1:09am: A deputy investigated a verbal domestic in the 1100 block of State Street, Scranton.

7:40am: A deputy assisted an Iowa State Trooper with a traffic stop at S Avenue and 220th Street. Kelvin Miller 19 of Boone was arrested for 92 mph in a 55 zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense. Thomas Dearden 18 of Boone was arrested for possession of alcohol underage and possession of a controlled substance 1st offense

11:50am: Kelvin Miller 19 of Boone was booked into the jail for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and 92 mph in a 55 zone.

2:36pm: The Sheriff investigated a motorcycle accident on U Avenue near Rippey. The motorcycle had left the scene.

4:00pm: A deputy assisted an ambulance with a medical call in the 500 block of N Avenue.

4:41pm: An Iowa State Trooper conducted a traffic stop on 220th Street near L Avenue. Mackenzie Simonsen 20 of Walnut was charged with possession of alcohol underage and an .02 violation.

5:00pm: An Iowa State Trooper conducted a traffic stop on 220th Street near M Avenue. Aletha Hoepner 20 of Avoca was cited for possession of alcohol underage. Dana Riley 20 of Marion was also cited for possession of alcohol underage.

7:26pm: A deputy assisted a motorist in the 1100 block of 220th Street.

8:00pm: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on 220th Street near K Avenue. The driver Cody Bargman 19 of Adel was cited for possession of alcohol underage. One of the passengers Austin Rekward 20 of Ackley was also cited for possession of alcohol underage. The second passenger was not drinking and was allowed to drive away.

10:28pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near H Avenue.

10:33pm: A deputy assisted with a stray dog in the 900 block of Jay Street, Churdan.

Sunday August 4th

12:38am: A deputy assisted an Iowa State Trooper with an arrest on 220th Street near Hillcrest Avenue. Ethan Hammen 22 of Mobile was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Both passengers were also intoxicated and were taken to a hotel.

2:09am: Ethan Hammen 22 of Mobile was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

3:51am: A deputy investigated a fire in the 300 block of T Avenue.

8:16am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near U Avenue.

9:26am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint at the Catholic Church in Grand Junction.

11:11am: A deputy investigated a complaint of grass clippings on the roadway on 140th Street near N Avenue.

11:42am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of 9th Street, Grand Junction.

1:00pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 2000 block of 220th Street.

1:50pm: Bradley Wolf of Baulder, Colorado was booked into the jail for a failure to appear arrest warrant.

3:17pm: A deputy investigated a verbal domestic in the 100 block of Lovejoy Street, Rippey.

10:21pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near W Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
