The Perry City Council will meet in regular session tonight.
Items on the agenda include a presentation from Minburn Telecommunications, consideration of a resolution issuing general obligation corporate purpose bonds, discussion on filling a full time position with the Perry Police Department and discussion on City of Perry employee living requirements.
New business items include approval of street light installation by Alliant Energy, setting public hearings in regards to a development agreement with Hotel Pattee, LLC, the issuance of an urban renewal tax increment revenue bonds and an amendment to the urban renewal plan.
The council will also consider approving funds for the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance, consider urban renewal loan applications from the Hotel Pattee and Mandarin Café and approve a plat of survey.
The meeting takes place in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building at 6pm.
