A Democratic presidential candidate will be making a campaign stop in Jefferson later this week.

U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren will be at RVP~1875 in Jefferson on Thursday at 2:15pm. Warren will be making a four-day trip through the state, ending at the Iowa State Fair on Saturday. She will be talking about rural vitality and agricultural sustainability. The event is free and open to the public, but reservations are encouraged. The doors open at 1:15pm, with the event beginning at 2:15. Admissions will be on a first come, first served basis.
