3:26am: An officer checked on an Alarm Activation at 106 West Washington Street. He found the business to be secure.

8:49am: David Ohrt reported finding a deceased dog in his yard at 1217 West Lincoln Way Street. It appeared the animal had been struck by a car. The officer determined the animal’s owner and returned the dog to them for burial.

9:39am: City Hall advised of a stray dog in the 600 Block of South Elm Street. The officers did not locate the animal.

10:59am: Brooke Taylor reported a semi had failed to stop at Elm and Lincoln Way Streets.

1:06pm: GCMC ER Staff advised a male had walked away from the facility during a committal process. The officer located the male in the 400 Block of West State Street and coaxed the male back to ER.

5:36pm: Stephanie Wiskus requested assistance after getting locked out of her residence in the 900 Block of West State Street. The officer was able to gain access to the home.

5:43pm: A caller advised of Loud Music coming from the area of Russell park. The officer did not locate anyone in the area.

5:52pm: The White Oak Station reported three male juveniles attempting to enter the business through a back door. The officer later located three juveniles fitting the description given and spoke with them about the call.

6:15pm: The Jefferson Library reported three boys trying to climb the walls at the Library. The officer spoke with the juveniles and sent them home for the evening.

6:19pm: Linda Ross reported her granddaughter’s longboard had been stolen from the Library between 1300 and 1600 hours.
