As the summer winds down for town celebrations in Guthrie County, Stuart residents are invited to help start planning for a special event happening in 2020.

An organizational meeting for Stuart’s 150th anniversary is happening from 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday August 6th in the First Congregational Church Fellowship Hall. Those of all ages are needed to put on a successful sesquicentennial. All ideas are welcome, with the Stuart Chamber of Commerce, Stuart Revitalization Group, and other community leaders assisting.
