A two vehicle crash resulted in minor injuries in Greene County Sunday night.

According to the Greene County Sheriff’s office, the incident happened at 7:30pm at 220th Street near Forrest Avenue. Officials say 41-year-old Warren Hass of Denison was traveling east on 220th Street when his 2019 Chevrolet Silverado was rear-ended by a 2008 Volkswagen Beetle, driven by 61-year-old Sheral Coppick of Carroll. 

Coppick and a passenger in Hass’s vehicle suffered injuries and were taken to Greene County Medical Center by Greene County Ambulance. The Beetle had $6,000 in damage, while the truck had $3,000. The Iowa State Patrol assisted and is investigating possible charges. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
