Bryan Scott Tackitt of 2635 E North Ave., Fresno, CA was traveling west on I80 when his semi- truck collided with a vehicle driven by Cassandra Rose Gavin of 1020 E. Marion St., Des Moines who was traveling west on I80, as well. Gavin began swerving due to an argument that was occurring in her vehicle. Gavin lost control of her vehicle causing her to hit the front end of Tackitt’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Estimated damage to Tackitt’s vehicle is $1500.00 and Gavin’s vehicle is $4000.00.

Jarrod Michael Van Horn, age 36 of 32126 Meadow Road, Adel was arrested on a warrant for OWI 1st offense.

Michael Joseph McNeeley, age 42 of 2801 E. Washington Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of driving while barred.

Michael Patrick Ribordy, age 55 of 205 14th St., Dallas Center was arrested for domestic assault 1st offense.

Tycin Montez Nickens, age 37 of 1630 Prairie St., Adel was arrested for driving while barred.
