The 2019 West Central Valley Baseball season hasn’t seen a lot of wins, but there have certainly been times of shining moments.

The 33 run win at Woodward Academy almost a month ago is certainly one to note.  The game lasted nearly four hours, but the Wildcats unleashed the bats and knocked around Woodward Academy all game.  WCV swept WA in that doubleheader, and in both games, put down Woodward Academy by mercy-rule margins.

Another win to note was 2-0 win at Earlham a couple weeks back.  Cole Arnburg struck out 16 Cardinals, allowing just one hit in a full seven innings.  It was the first shut out of the season for the Senior, Arnburg.

West Central Valley Baseball is preparing for their District match-up tomorrow in Panora as they play against Mount Ayr at 5:00pm at Panorama’s home diamond.
