Jesse Robert Kniffin, age 33 of 400 E Madison St., Jefferson was traveling in the 22000 block of Highway 141 when he lost control and hit the side of the bridge rolling his vehicle. Kniffin was taken to Mercy Hospital downtown by Mercyone Air Ambulance. Kniffin was cited for no insurance and operation without registration.
