The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session Monday.

The meeting will begin with discussion and possible action regarding employee wages for fiscal year 2020. Next, the Council will consider action on a tax increment financing (TIF) district extension, and approval for a workforce housing tax incentive resolution for Savannah Homes. They will then consider approval of a partial payment for the Wambold Phase Two Addition, and will receive an update from the City Engineer on the Casey’s General Store project.

The Council meets at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
