8:20am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 400 block of 9th Street, Grand Junction.
9:53pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of 190th Street.
Saturday, June 22nd
1:23am: A deputy investigated a noise complaint in the 1000 block of Livingston Street, Churdan.
2:31am: Johnnie Phipps 38 of Lohrville was booked into the jail for driving while barred, child endangerment, possession of a control substance 3rd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
9:00am: Karibeth Baker 39 of Scranton was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.
10:05am: A deputy investigated an email scam in the 400 block of Hill Street, Churdan.
1:30pm: Hunter Egdorf 19 of Humboldt was booked into the jail for a Humboldt County arrest warrant for criminal mischief 4th degree.
5:02pm: A deputy investigated single vehicle accident on 240th Street near H Avenue. Edward Goff 17 of Jefferson lost control of a 2005 Ford Taurus and entered the ditch causing around 3,000 dollars damage to the vehicle.
5:59pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on U Avenue near 110th Street.
7:37pm: Michael Olson 57 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.
8:32pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 140th Street near J Avenue. Patricia Sims 78 of Churdan struck a deer with a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu causing an estimated 2, 500 dollars damage.
8:35pm: Benjamin Allen 29 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for theft 2nd degree.
9:00pm: Deputies investigated a complaint of underage drinking at Flack River Farms.
9:14pm: Deputies received complaints of kids running on 220th Street down the highway in swimsuits next to the river bridge that is a half mile from Flack River Farms. The deputies received the complaint while they were at Flack River Farms.
9:20pm: Deputies received another complaint of people on 220th Street in swimsuits getting into vehicles and running down the highway near G Avenue.
9:35pm: A deputy investigated a possible drunk driver on 220th near Street heading towards Jefferson the vehicle was found at the Cobblestone Motel in Jefferson.
10:50pm: Ashley McManus 36 of Ottumwa was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense. Ashely stated that she was leaving Flack River Farms.
11:34pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on 290th Street Eva Gerst 19 of Urbandale lost control of a 2003 Lexus ES 300 and entered the south ditch causing minor damage.
11:57pm: The Sheriff, Deputies, Jefferson Fire Department, Iowa State Patrol and
Greene County EMS responded to a single vehicle fatal accident on 237th Street just east of J Avenue. Ronald Kolbeck 60 of Jefferson lost control of his 2012 Ford F250 striking the river bridge several times. Ronald was observed by a deputy at Flack River Farms. The Iowa State Patrol is investigated the accident.
Sunday, June 23rd
2:12am: While the Jefferson Police Department, the Sheriff, deputies, and the Iowa State Patrol were working the Fatal Accident a 2006 Jeep Wrangler driven by Bryce Murano 20 of Woodward nearly struck fire personnel and a fire truck. When told to stop they sped off on Kirkwood Avenue. The vehicle entered the north east ditch at 230th Street and Kirkwood Avenue striking a guide wire to a power pole. The Jefferson Police Department was requested to assist. Bryce Murano who stated they were leaving the Flack River Farm was arrested for operating while intoxicated 1st offense and possession of alcohol underage 1st offense. The passenger Breane Parkins 20 of West Des Moines was arrested for possession of alcohol underage.
4:33pm: Bryce Murano 20 of Woodward was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense and possession of alcohol 1st offense.
5:30am: Breane Parkins 20 West Des Moines was booked into the jail for possession of alcohol underage.
6:50am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint at E Avenue and 182nd Street.
10:11am: Investigated a criminal mischief complaint at the Rippey Ball Field.
12:20pm: Cole Eischeid 20 of Carroll reported his phone was stolen while he was at Flack River Farm.
1:22pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 900 block of Irving Street, Scranton.
1:38pm: A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 900 block of 190th Street.
Monday, June 24th
8:22am: A deputy assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with trying to locate a vehicle near W Avenue on 220th Street.
10:43am: A deputy towed a vehicle that was on the railroad right of away on 16th Street, Grand Junction.
11:40am: Jacob Fisher 28 of Webster City was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.
1:11pm: Carla Lehrkamp 26 of Scranton was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.
2:44pm: A deputy assisted with locating an owner of livestock that were out in the 1300 block of R Avenue.
3:06pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 1000 block of Main Street, Scranton.
3:52pm: A deputy called the Rippey Fire Department to put out a small fire that was unattended near Rippey.
4:37pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop on 220th Street near Grimmell Road.
8:55pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of kids ringing doorbells in the 500 block of State Street, Scranton.
10:33pm: A deputy located a juvenile sitting at the Jefferson Middle School. The juvenile was taken to his residence.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
