The continuation of a long-held Panora business was celebrated Friday.

Lake Panorama Realty was recently purchased from Guthrie County State Bank by Nevitt Real Estate, based in Perry. The new team including Broker/Owner Bob Nevitt and Nevitt Realtors John McDermott and Julie Wykoff invited the community to learn about this venture at an open house.

Nevitt explains why he purchased the Panora business,“Well, I thought that this was a good time for an expansion, quite an opportunity for us since Lake Panorama Realty has such a great name in this area and on the lake, a tradition of service in the public and taking care of all of their real estate needs.”

Lake Panorama Realty will operate as a branch location of Nevitt Real Estate and lease space from their current location at Guthrie County State Bank. McDermott and Wykoff will be primarily responsible for serving the Lake Panorama area’s customers, and the business seeks to add additional agents in the future.
