A metropolitan-scale summer concert series will be kicking off in a town of 1,400 tomorrow.

The Levitt AMP Earlham Music Series is hosting 10 concerts on Sundays from 6-9 p.m. in the Earlham City Park. These free events were made possible by a $25,000 matching grant from the Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation, the first grant awarded to an Iowa city. Tomorrow night’s headliner is Damon Dotson with opening act Harper and Lee. Attendees are invited to bring their own blanket, chair, and beverages. There will be a food vendor and a sign language interpreter on site.
