The Perry baseball team lost to Boone Thursday night 3-2 in the Raccoon River Conference opener.  Boone scored the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning.  Perry starter Avery Meister was solid going the distance for Perry, allowing three runs over 6 2/3 innings.  Kaleb Olejniczak finished with two hits and was on base all four times finishing with a run and two stolen bases.  Justin Stammer provided a RBI for Perry.  The Bluejays are now 0-3 and will host ADM tonight in a 7:00 game at Progressive Field.
