As the school year winds down for Greene County and Paton-Churdan, both school districts are gearing up for their respective free summer lunch programs.

The Greene County School District offers free summer lunches to anyone under the age of 18 Monday through Friday at one of two locations in the school district from June 10th through August 2nd. Meals will be served at the Greene County Elementary School from 11:30am to 12:30pm or at the Grand Junction Community Center from 11am to 12:30pm. Anyone over 18-years-old may purchase a meal for $3.25. The meals are provided through the Summer Food Service Program through the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Greene County Rams

The Paton-Churdan School District offers free summer lunches to anyone under the age of 18, Monday through Friday from 11am to 12:15pm from June 17th through August 2nd, at the school building in Churdan. Adults may purchase a meal for $3.70. The Summer School program also runs during the same dates for those finishing kindergarten through fifth grade.
