Funeral services for Irene Koch, 88, of West Des Moines, will be Monday, June 3rd at 10:30 am at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Van Meter.  Burial will be in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday from 4 pm to 8 pm at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home Winterset Chapel.  Family will be present from 4 pm to 6 pm.  Memorials may be directed to the Trinity Lutheran Church.
