Jeremy Elliott of De Soto was traveling west in the 21000 block of 350th St., when he was struck by an ATV driven by Matthew Humphrey of Urbandale. Humphrey was attempting to turn left into a driveway and did not yield to Elliott’s vehicle, causing the two vehicles to collide. No injuries reported. Damage to Humphrey’s vehicle estimated at $2500.00 and $10000.00 to Elliott’s. Elliott was cited for no valid driver’s license and Humphrey was cited for failure to yield upon left turn.
