It’s the renewal of an old rivalry tonight at Allensworth Field when Greene County hosts Perry in non-conference high school baseball. The varsity contest will be broadcast on KG98 with coverage just after 7 p.m. and first pitch set for approximately 7:30 p.m.

The Rams are 1-0 under their second year head coach, John Hupp. Greene County won 6-5 in eight innings on Monday night vs. Nodaway Valley. Perry is 0-1, dropping a 4-2 decision on Monday night at Roland-Story.

This is the first broadcast of summer sports on KG98. Both Ram baseball and softball can be heard throughout the season on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com. Greene County softball in Jefferson vs. South Hamilton (Jewell) is on the broadcast schedule for tomorrow night.
