A Perry-based realty company recently announced they had joined forces with a long-running realtor in Panora, as Nevitt Real Estate has agreed to purchase Lake Panorama Realty.

The sale was announced Monday, which Nevitt Real Estate Owner Bob Nevitt says will help his company gain a stronger foothold in Guthrie County, while also helping the local realtors with his knowledge and resources. Lake Panorama Realty had previously been owned by Guthrie County State Bank, and operates primarily in the Panora area. Nevitt plans to expand the reach and staff of his new acquisition, though he’ll keep the existing brand in place as it’s been established for more than 40 years.

To celebrate his purchase of the company and introduce the community to the new staff, Nevitt will be hosting an open house on Friday, June 14th from 9 a.m. – noon at the Lake Panorama Realty office, located at 505 East Main Street in Panora. The event is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be provided.
