9:10am: A deputy investigated a truancy complaint in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.

9:45am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a suspicious person on the square.

11:25am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint on Kirkwood Avenue near 230th Street.

12:42pm: A deputy investigated an alarm I the 2000 block of U Avenue.

12:42pm: The Sheriff investigated an alarm in the 1400 block of 130th Street.

7:10pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 1700 block of F Avenue.

8:04pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in Scranton and arrested Kole Higgins 24 of Scranton for an arrest warrant to serve a sentence.

8:28pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on U Avenue near 120th Street.

9:10pm: Kole Higgins 24 of Scranton was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

10:00pm: Richard Norton 39 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for theft 5th degree and failure to appear.

Saturday, May 11th

10:03am: A deputy assisted a motorist on X Avenue near 110th Street.

12:12pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with trying to locate a vehicle.

7:18pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person at Spring Lake.

10:48pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 1800 block of P Avenue.

Sunday, May 12th

5:25am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 600 block of North Street, Churdan. Joshua LaClair 34 of Churdan was arrested for Domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury 2nd offense.

7:44am: Joshua LaClair 34 of Churan was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury 2nd offense.

9:04am: A deputy investigated a truancy complaint in the 600 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

10:59am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint near 305th Street and S Avenue.

3:51pm: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on E Avenue near 140th Street. William Becker 60 of Paton was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 2nd offense.

5:13pm: William Becker 60 of Paton was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 2nd offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
