The monthly Perry Chamber Coffee event will be held Friday morning, and the host for this occasion will be one of the nonprofit members of the Perry Chamber of Commerce.
The Perry Area Food Pantry will welcome attendees to their facility, located at 3000 East Willis Avenue, which they moved into at the end of 2017. Site Manager Lou Hoger describes what attendees can expect during the event. “They will be greeted by some of our volunteers and board members, and offered coffee and refreshments. And they will be receiving a handout that tells a little bit about some numbers with the pantry. And then they’ll also get a tour of how we serve our customers.”
The Chamber Coffee will run from 8-9 a.m. Friday, and is free and open to the public. The events are hosted the second Friday of every month, with the purpose to allow members of the Chamber and community to network and learn about what’s going on in Perry.
