5th ranked Dallas Center Grimes defeated 4th ranked Perry Thursday night at Dewey Field by a final score of 2-1 in non conference boys soccer action.  Perry took a 1-0 lead into the intermission following a Rudy Sarceno goal midway through the first half.  The game was decided in the opening five minutes of the second half as DCG tallied a pair of goals less than 2 minutes apart.  The Mustangs held on for the thrilling victory.  Perry falls to 7-1 on the season while DCG advances to 8-2 overall.  Perry will travel to Nevada this Saturday for the Nevada tournament.
