The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.

The meeting will begin with an information technology update from David Garland of Guthrie Center Communications. Next, the Board will discuss and take action on a procedure to draw an additional $2 million on the wind farm tax increment financing (TIF) general obligation bond, and consider a new interest rate on that bond. County Engineer Josh Sebern will then discuss Federal Emergency Management Agency disaster assistance requirements, and at 10 a.m. the Board will hold a public hearing for an amendment to the proposed fiscal year 2019 budget. Following that the Board will consider adopting the amendment and appropriations. Finally, the Board will consider scheduling a public hearing for a second budget amendment, review a third quarter expense report for New Opportunities, Inc., and consider a fireworks permit for the Lake Panorama Association.

The Board meets at 9 a.m. at the Guthrie County Courthouse.
