Stuart residents are invited to learn about a new housing opportunity Monday afternoon.

Representatives from Rural Housing 360, Iowa Area Development Group, and Iowa Economic Development Authority will be at Stuart City Hall from 3-4 p.m. to discuss the Rural Housing 360 model home program. This program utilizes relationships between a community, employers, financial partners, and Advanced Homes 360 to offer workforce housing options, attract new people to a community, and offer housing options to current residents. This event is free and open to the public.
