The ADM Girls’ Golf team played its second home meet of the spring earlier this week, on Monday at River Valley Golf Course in Adel in a triangular with Bondurant-Farrar and Carroll.
The ADM Girls’ were looking for their second win in a row, but came up a bit short against a good Carroll squad. Weather conditions were not ideal Monday night, as it was cool and windy Monday night with temperatures hovering in the mid 50s.
The Tigers finished second of three teams on Monday, second behind Carroll, but 30 strokes better, as a team, than Bondurant-Farrar.
ADM shot a team total of 216, Carroll tallied a 191, and B-F was at 246.
ADM’s Varsity scoring was led by Liv Rickert at 51, Adi Atkins at 53, Anna West at 55, and Monica Thomas shot a 57.
The ADM Girls’ Golf team will be back in action on Monday, hosting Greene County at River Valley Golf Course in Adel. Monday’s meet will tee off at 4pm.
