
The West Central Valley Girls’ and Boys’ Golf teams will compete in a Co-Ed Golf meet on their home golf course this afternoon, 5×80 Golf Course in Menlo.
The Wildcats will be hosting three other schools this afternoon. CAM Schools from Anita, Exira-Elk-Horn-Kimballton, and Woodward-Granger will all make the trip to 5×80 to face off against West Central Valley at 4:00 this afternoon.
The West Central Valley Boys’ Golf team is led by Sophomore, Grant Caltrider, along with Track and Field star, Senior, Cole Arnburg. Caltrider has the ability to score in the high 30s, while Arnburg typically finishes in the mid 40s for 9 holes of play.
WCV Boys’ Golf Coach, Dave Doely, and Girls’ Coach, Traca Waddell, have big expectations for their teams today at their home course in a quad, as this is just the second time that West Central Valley has played at their home course this season. Everyone tees off this afternoon at 4pm.
