3:34am: A deputy investigated two suspicious people walking around in the 700 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

2:15pm: A deputy investigated a fire that was called in on 220th Street near Orchard Avenue. The fire was a controlled burn.

6:30pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on V Avenue and 330th Street.

6:26pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident in the 500 block of X Avenue. Jason Perkins 39 of Des Moines was operating a 2001 Honda GL1800 motorcycle and lost control and went into the ditch. The estimated damage to the motorcycle was around 1,500 dollars. The driver was not injured and was cited for no driver’s license.

8:57pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 1100 block of L Avenue.

11:36pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with trying to locate a male subject.

Wednesday, April 17th

1:36am: Martin Tolsdorf 54 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for a controlled substance violation a B Felony, control of firearm as a felon, possession of a controlled substance 3rd or sub offense, possession of a prescription medication.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
