The Girls’ and Boys’ Track and Field of ADM High School will both be running, hurdling, jumping, and throwing today in competition, although at two different sites.
The ADM Girls’ team will make the short jaunt to Grimes for a Girls’ Only Invitational at DC-G High School, ADM along with ten other high school teams will be in Grimes this afternoon. Today’s Invitational in Grimes will feature all four school size classes. The only 4A school in competition with the rest of the field today is Indianola. The meet will begin at 4:30 this afternoon from DC-G High School in Grimes, starting with the field events.
The Boys’ of ADM Track and Field will compete tonight, on the road, at Ballard High School. It’s been a week since the ADM Boys’ team competed last, when they ran at Pella last Tuesday. The ADM Boys’ Track and Field team will be in the company of eleven other teams tonight in Ballard. The field events will start tonight’s festivities at 5:00.
