Fundraising for the Kinnick to Raccoon trail improvement project is now in full swing, and one way people can help will also help themselves look a little more stylish.

The Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce trail committee is selling t-shirts featuring the project’s logo. There will be several opportunities to purchase a t-shirt in the coming months, though the deadline to get in on the first order is tomorrow. There are 31 different color schemes available, and the shirts come in all adult sizes. The cost is $20 per shirt, and all proceeds will benefit the Kinnick to Raccoon project.

The project includes four phases: lighting the bridge over the Raccoon River; lighting the bridge approach from the east; landscaping the blocks between the river and the trailhead; and adding an art piece in the “Shadow of the Rails” theme.
