Tuesday, April 9th

6:38am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 200 block of Paton Street, Paton.

7:57 am: A deputy tried to locate a calf out of the fence on Neola Avenue near 270th Street.

9:42am: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 2200 block of R Avenue.

2:10pm: A deputy investigated criminal mischief done by an inmate.

5:16pm: A deputy and Grand Junction Fire responded to an out of control controlled burn on U Avenue and 215th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
