UPDATE: The Girls’ Track meet in Waukee, and Girls’ Golf meet in Grimes at Beaver Creek have been postponed due to inclement weather.

 

It’s a big day in the athletics department at Adel-Desoto-Minburn High School as four different programs are in competition today.

The Girls’ Track and Field team will be in Waukee for an Invitational against countless 3A and $4 powerhouse schools.  Tonight’s meet will truly be a test for the ADM Girls’ Track team against stout competition.

The Girls’ Golf team tees off this afternoon in Grimes at Beaver Creek Golf Course in a triangular with Woodward-Granger and host, Dallas Center-Grimes. This will be the third meet of the season for the ADM Girls’ team.

Girls’ Soccer Head Coach, Kelsey Gaffney, will have her team back in action tonight for a home game in Adel, with rival DC-G. The Lady Tigers look to continue their perfect record at home tonight.

The Boys’ Soccer team will also face competition tonight from DC-G, but the Boys’ game will be played in Grimes. Both the Boys’ and Girls’ games will start at 7pm tonight.
