Arrest: Logan Johnathon Shield, age 19, 101 S. 5th St., Adel, was arrested on Des Moines Police warrant for assault.

Accident: A vehicle driven by Owen Meier of Adel was traveling eastbound in the 1000 block of Greene St. A vehicle driven by Robert Carson of Redfield, Iowa struck the rear of Meier’s vehicle. Damages estimated at $2,500.00.
