The ADM Boys’ Track and Field team will be back in action tonight in Van Meter for a Boys’ Varsity Invitational.

Tonight’s affair will feature teams from Carlisle, Clarke, Creston Community, Earlham, Greene County, Martensdale-St Mary’s, Mount Ayr, Nevada, Nodaway Valley, Norwalk, Winterset, Woodward Academy, Woodward-Granger, and Van Meter.

On Tuesday, the ADM Boys’ competed at the Early Bird Invitational in Earlham and performed well. In that particular meet, ADM finished first in the 4×100 meter shuttle hurdle, first in the 4×200 relay, and first in the 4×400 relay.

The Tigers also saw individual first place finishes for Nate Mueller in the 1600 meter run, and Lucas Heitz in the 400 meter hurdles and first for Heitz in the 110 meter hurdles. ADM also had second place finishes in the long jump from Lucas Ray, and Colton Pirtle in the 400 meter hurdles.

ADM Boys’ Track and Field will get things underway in Van Meter tonight starting at 4:30.
