Rake the bunkers, mow the greens, and set the pins, it’s time for West Central Valley Wildcats Boys’ Golf.

Today, the West Central Valley Boys’ team will tee off their season at the Osceola Country Club where they will sign off on their first score cards of the year in a triangluar event with Clarke County and Knoxville.

Earlier this week, we sat down with West Central Valley Boys’ Golf Coach, Dave Doely, and talked with him about his goals for the season and where he’d like to see his boys at the end of the year. He told us that a big win for his team would be to advance past sectionals to the district meet, and individually he wants to see Sophomore, Grant Caltrider, shoot for his way to the 2019 Boys’ Golf State Tournament.

West Central Valley Boys’ Golf will get their season underway this afternoon with a 4pm tee time in Osceola.
