The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.
The meeting will begin with an informational technology update from David Garland of Guthrie Center Communications. Next, the Board will consider approval of the Bonnie and Clyde 5 Mile Run event hosted by the Stuart Chamber of Commerce April 13th. The Board will then discuss resolutions to oppose Iowa Senate File 184 and to establish vehicle load limits for bridges. The Board will also consider approving a contract for a secondary roads project.
A public hearing will be held at 10 a.m. for a financing proposal for purchases of a skid loader and trucks for the Transfer Station. Finally, the Board will consider approving the financing proposal with Rolling Hills Bank & Trust of Casey, and consider a quarterly Veterans Affairs Commission report.
The Board meets at 9 a.m. at the Guthrie County Courthouse.
