A fundraising event for a regional organization is returning this year in hopes to generate even more participation.

Habitat for Humanity is bringing back the HabiTour. It was first introduced with Heart of Iowa Habitat for Humanity with Boone, Greene and Guthrie counties in 2017. But this year, the event has expanded to include Dallas County Habitat for Humanity. The fundraiser takes bicyclists along the Raccoon River Valley Trail and includes three different options with 25, 50 and 100 mile routes, with each beginning and ending at the Hotel Pattee in Perry.

Each participant is asked to raise at least $100 and the registration fee is $10. Anything above the $100 threshold can be directed to any Habitat for Humanity affiliate of the participant’s choice. To sign up, click the link below.
