The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council is expected to approve the 2020 fiscal year budget following a public hearing on the topic. They will also consider for approval the City’s insurance policy, a purchase agreement for the property at 107 North Chestnut Street, an economic development agreement for 106 East State Street and a plat of survey application. Additionally, the Council will discuss a vacancy on the Council after Council member Larry Teeples’ resignation last week.

The meeting begins at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
