Memorial services for Richard Glen Hagler, 66, of Panora, will be Wednesday, March 13th at 2 pm at the Twigg Funeral Home in Panora.  Burial will be at a later date.  Visitation will be Wednesday one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.  Survivors include:  Sisters, Sheryl Streeper of Maquekota and Cynthia Dewitt of North Augusta, South Carolina.  3 children.
