Three Jamaica residents were arrested following a drug bust Monday night.
According to court documents, Guthrie County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant at the residence of Issac Moore at 707 1st Avenue at 4:20 p.m. Monday when they found him smoking meth, and discovered baggies of marijuana and meth, a digital scale, numerous baggies, and smoking devices. A brief scan of Issac’s phone showed messages indicating drug transactions, and he denied selling either drug but admitted that people regularly came to his house and smoked his marijuana and meth for free. Additionally, Moore’s roommates 54-year-old Andrea Lynn Willey and 52-year-old David Moore were arrested.
David was charged with possession of more than five grams of meth, a Class B Felony, and gathering where a controlled substance is used, a Class D Felony. Issac was charged with manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, a Class C Felony; gathering where marijuana is used, a serious misdemeanor; and manufacture, deliver, or possession with intent to deliver a schedule IV or V substance, an aggravated misdemeanor. Willey was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance third or subsequent offense, a Class D Felony; and all three suspects were charged with knowingly keeping a premises to possess or sell a controlled substance, an aggravated misdemeanor.
