For multiple years, the entire varsity track and field program at Panorama Community Schools was under the direction of Greg Thompson. The Raccoon Valley Radio Network has learned that Mike Kauzlarich, Panorama’s new head football coach, will assume the duties of the Panorama boys track and field coach this spring. Thompson spoke about Kauzlarich’s role with Raccoon Valley Radio Wednesday afternoon. “As far as how practice goes and meets go, those aren’t really going to change a lot,” Thompson said, “Coach (Mike) Kauzlarich is going to take over the paperwork for the boys (team). He’ll be responsible for doing all the meet lineups and all the statistics and entering those into the online systems.”

Thompson adds Kauzlarich will spend a majority of his practice time working with the field athletes, specifically the throwers.
