The Panora City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
The meeting will begin with discussion and possible action regarding an employee residency request and public hearings on two agreements regarding the Guthrie County Regional Airport Authority. The Council will then discuss and consider a resolution regarding series 2019 general obligation refunding bonds, and receive a financial update and rate recommendations by Public Financial Management. Next, the Council will consider a resolution setting a public hearing for the fiscal year 2020 budget, and discuss and consider a resolution regarding the 28E agreement for the Guthrie County Solid Waste and Recycling Agency. Finally, the Council will consider resolutions for levying assessments for the city’s sidewalk program and for an interfund transfer for special assessments collected to debt service.
The Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
