Have you been wondering how best to start investing your funds and saving for the future?

Wagner Investment and Retirement Advisors, LLC in Stuart believe that financial knowledge is power, and are offering a free educational workshop Thursday, February 28th at 6 p.m. at the Stuart Library.

Wagner Investment Founder and President Russ Wagner shares what expenses can come as a shock to those entering retirement, “Taxes is a huge one that’s one of the biggest overlooked items going into retirement is taxes and then also future medical expenses, whether that’s your health insurance or something as bad as long-term care coverage because that is the single largest killer of a retirement if somebody is confined to a facility it’s extremely expensive, $5,000-8,000 a month for most of the care centers in this area.”

This workshop will discuss mutual funds, what a fiduciary is, target date funds, and qualified charitable distributions. The public is invited to attend and refreshments and class materials will be provided. To RSVP email Russ@WagnerIRA.com.
