The Perry Bluejay wrestling team will send 8 wrestlers out of a possible 10 to a 3A district meet this Saturday at ADM.  Perry crowned four sectional champions to go along with four sectional runner-ups.  Jacob Nelson, Kaleb Olejniczak, Justin Stammer and Cole Synder all earned sectional championships.  Olejniczak, the highest ranked wrestler for Perry, won both of his matches by technical fall.  His two victories put him in a tie for first all time at Perry high school in career wins with 174.  He will have a chance to pass former teammate Zach Thompson this Saturday in Adel.  Synder continues to peak at the right time winning a tight championship match 10-7 over Webster City.  Stammer outlasted Gilbert’s Carson Johnson 7-5.  Complete results are posted below.
