Preliminary conceptual draft plans have been released for the new location of the Greene County Action Resource Center (ARC).
ARC Board President Pastor Julie Poulsen says the building at 1006 North Vine Street has had some renovation work done to it to transition it from a former plumbing and heating business into a workable food pantry. Preliminary plans include office space, plus a much bigger storage space and an area for clients to have the ability to choose items to take home with them on a monthly basis.

Poulsen points out that they still need volunteers after February 1st to do more interior and exterior work to the building in order for them to be open by this summer. She adds that they also need about $15,000 to complete the renovation project. Donations to the project can be dropped off at their current location on Harrison Street.
