Offensive production wasn’t a strong suit of the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers girls basketball team last winter. However, the Tigers are seeing improvements in offensive execution early this season thanks to new schemes brought in from first-year head coach Jacob Cleveland. ADM put together their best performance of the young season Tuesday in Pella, posting 62 points in a double-digit victory against the Pella Christian Eagles. The output equaled ADM’s best offensive game from last season when the Tigers defeated Coon Rapids-Bayard in Adel, 62-23. The Raccoon Valley Radio Network tallied a season-high 15 assists for ADM against Pella Christian with five players recording two dimes apiece. Junior Delaney Bertman facilitated on a team-best five baskets. The win keeps ADM undefeated against opponents from the Little Hawkeye Conference, improving their overall record to 2-1.
