Motorists are warned of lane closures happening on Interstate 80 starting Monday.

According to the Iowa Department of Transportation, westbound I-80 between Exit 93, County Road P28 in Stuart and Exit 86, State Highway 25 will be reduced to one lane due to road construction work from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. on weekdays starting Monday until November 29th at about 3 p.m.

There will also be intermittent road closures in both directions of I-80 between Exit 100, County Roads P53 and F60 and Exit 104, County Road P57 in Dexter for utility work on Sunday, November 18th from 6 a.m.-6:15 a.m. For information on highway projects visit 511ia.org.
