Friday, September 28th

1:41am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 400 block of H Avenue.

10:05am: Travis Straight 24 of Ralston was arrested on Federal arrest warrants for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

3:48pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call at Spring Lake and arrested Joe Graney 59 of Perry on a Dallas County Arrest Warrant.

7:40pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on S Avenue near 200th Street.

Saturday, September 29th

8:08am: A deputy assisted an ambulance with a male subject who fell off of the overpass on 220th Street east of Grand Junction.

10:18am: A deputy investigated an assault in the 500 block of 11th Street, Grand Junction. Katelyn Fees 21 of Grand Junction was arrested for simple assault.

1:00pm: Katelyn Fees 21 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for assault simple.

8:41pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on N Avenue near 250th Street. Jon Harvey 51 of Minnesota was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 3rd of subsequent offense and no valid driver’s license.

11:51pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near W Avenue.

Sunday, September 30th

1:46am: A deputy investigated a noise complaint in the 1000 block of Livingston Street, Churdan.

2:35am: A deputy investigated an assault with a gun in the 200 block of Main Street, Paton.

9:38am: A deputy investigated a vehicle in the ditch that was unoccupied. The vehicle was not damaged and towed to the impound lot in Jefferson.

11:42am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 300 block of Anyer Street, Dana.

2:44pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on 228th Street and V Avenue. Slater Kirk 18 of Grand Junction lost control of a 2008 GMC Truck and rolled it in the ditch. The vehicle was totaled in the accident. There were no injuries. Slater was cited for failure to reduce speed to a reasonable and proper speed.

6:53pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street and Oakland Avenue. Cheryl Nogel 58 of Ames struck a deer causing around 3,000 dollars damage. The vehicle was a 2016 Toyota Highlander.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
