The Perry City Council will convene Monday evening in regular session.
The first action items on the agenda are a pay request and certificate of completion for the Wiese Park trail improvements. The pay request is for $18,067.35 to Landals Concrete for work completed through September 24th. With the final acceptance and certificate of completion, the project is finished, coming in at a total of $42,555. Other items in new business include: a resolution approving Minburn Communications installing a fiber optic cable drop at the airport; discussion regarding the seasonal use of an alley as a pedestrian courtyard; setting date and time for the annual Safety and Employee Appreciation Day; and creating the free residential dumpster sharing program.
The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 6 p.m. Monday in the Clarion Room at Perry City Hall.
